CONNOISSEUR'S CLUB FLIGHTS

Flight criteria is as follows: Blancos; the initial distillates with little or no barrel aging. Reposados or Gold, aged a minimum of 2 months in wood barrels; some in Oak barrels that formerly held Bourbon, others, new French oak barrels. Anejos, aged at least one year in wooden barrels. Flights are grouped in order of taste-progression and varied producers so that you can distinguish the differences more clearly thereby choosing your favorites by name and producer and not necessarily by price.
